Sizing an Imaging

I want to make a rectangle 6.25" by 9". I cannot figure out where I tell MTC what size to make it. Can someone smarter than me help me?

in the Basic Lessons folder for instructions on resizing a rectangle. It is very easy to do. Select the rectangle by clicking on it. Type Ctrl+Q to open the Selection Properties window at the lower right corner of your screen. Make sure the Lock is open. Type in your measurements, and hit Enter. Your rectangle will be resized.
