can't open mtc

I recently tried to open mtc. I need to view and cut some svg files.
mtc won't open.

You can download the free trial version posted here:
http://www.make-the-cut.com/Download.aspx and use the registration key that you received when you first purchased the software.

If you are using Windows 10 it could be that you need to reinstall the
drivers for your cutter. Windows 10 updates have been known to change
them.
Once you have those installed, go the link that Julie posted and download
the MTC install file again, and install MTC.
