Once you purchase a membership at CreativeFabrica, you have access to every file on their site. I have a membership, so when I clicked on this bundle, the entire list of downloads appeared so that I could download immediately. If you join later, then you can search for this bundle to download them.

There are sales on memberships from time to time. You have to watch for the email with the announcement of the membership sale, and respond immediately, as they have a limited number of memberships at each price point. I grabbed my membership when it was $9.00. So each month my membership renews at $9.00. Sometimes when money is tight, I am tempted to stop the membership. But I don't want to lose that price. I find that I always get my money's worth. Whenever I need cutting files, printables, fonts, etc. for commercial use, I search the site for what I need, and am rarely disappointed. I think the regular price for the membership is $29 per month. If I were you, I would wait for another sale, and jump on it!

Do you know....if I purchase a membership, would this awesome crafts bundle be included?  I had a membership for quite a few months but thought I had enough files accumulated.  I feel like they've added a fair amount of new content since and I do like this bundle.  I thought of maybe getting just a 1 month membership at this time which may include this set but I'm not so familiar with how the items available for purchase tie into the membership.  Also, any idea if they have any offers available for getting a membership?  I see it's showing full price on the website right now.  I expect for Black Friday they may run some type of special but likely this bundle would not be part of it, or I'd have to find each part and piece individually.

I do wish the file names agreed with the text shown.  with so many files it is easy to miss one and hard to identify which one is missing.  But it is a great deal. Even if you only use a few of the files it is worth it!

SCAL is a good option, and very similar in some ways to MTC, but very different in others. Here are some resources for SCAL you might appreciate:

We have an excellent Facebook page as well, if you are interested.

Re: Cricut Foil Transfer Kit

Julie Flanagan

I did lots of different experiments today using different foils and different tools. My conclusion is that Cricut has done their research and product development very well.

Deco foil like you use with a laminator does not work at all with the new Cricut Foil Transfer Kit.

Foil from We R Memory Makers for the foil quill does work some, but not nearly as nicely as the Cricut Foil. Same with the foil designed for use with the Crafter's Companion Foil Press.

I tried using the Pazzles Engraving tool in the Vue with the several different types of foil. It did provide a nice thin line of foiling using Cricut Foil, with pressure of 18 and speed 1. Pazzles embossing tool tips worked with Cricut foil with pressure set at 45. Other foils, not so well. Still Cricut Foil tool and foil work the best.

I don't remember who asked if this kit will work on machines other than the Cricut Explore and Maker. I received my kit, and tried it out a bit today.

Yes, I got it to work with my Pazzles Vue, and my Cricut Expression with a special hack. The tool is too small, so I slit a rubber pencil grip lengthwise, and cut off about 1/2 inch of the length. I slid this piece of rubber around the tool. I placed this in the blade holder cradle using the Pazzles pen tool spacer to get the height just right. Pressing down hard on the tool against the spacer, I tightened the belt around the tool as tight as it would go.

On the Cricut Expression, I set it to maximum pressure, minimum speed, with multi-cut on. This worked perfectly with the two tips that I tried. (the third tip took a leap out of the package when I opened it, and it is nowhere to be found.)

On the Pazzles Vue, I used the same rubber pencil grip, sliced down the long way, and trimmed 1/2" off the end. It loaded the same way as in the Cricut Expression. I used a pressure of 35, and set the tool to engrave. Speed 2 worked well.

I have not tried it on my Maker or Explore yet, but I assume it will work with the recommended Cricut Settings.

I haven't tried it on my other cutters, but am sure that it will work well with the BossKut Gazelle and the KNK Zing, since their clamps hold any size tools.

I have not tried it in my Cameo, but assume that it will not work in Cameo, as it would require more pressure than the standard tool holder provides. If you have tried it in a Cameo, please share your results.

If you have tried it with other machines, please share your results with us.

Apologies to the forum if my post is not permitted.

If you mean the actual driver, it uses the FTDI chip, so you can get the latest driver from the manufacturer here:

If you mean the plug-in (to allow Make The Cut! to actually send to the cutter), you can get the latest plug-ins from here:

It is recommended that you use the Klic-N-Kut plug-in instead of the Black Cat Cougar plug-in because the Klic-N-Kut plug-in has more advanced features and it works with the blackcat and silverbullet
