Re: FOUND: Many FREE MTC and PCS Gallery Files

After downloading a zipped file, you need to click on the zipped file and select Extract All. If there are additional zipped files inside of the main zipped file, you will need to do the same to each of those folders.
Once the folders are unzipped, if the files are MTC files, open Make The Cut, go to the File menu and click on Open. Browse to the file you wish to use, and click on Open. The design should appear on the screen. Then you can use it in Make The Cut, or Select All (Ctrl+A) and Export as SVG (Ctrl+Shift+S). Then you can import that SVG file into the cutter software of your choice.
Dave always locked his designs on the screen so you could see them clearly. Before you can select or edit any of them, you will need to unlock. Go to the lower right corner of the screen, click on the Gold Lock icon, and select Unlock All. Now you will be able to Select All (Ctrl+A), and Export as SVG (Ctrl+Shift+S).
There are also SVG files in the downloads. To use an SVG file, you need to use File>Import>SVG or click on the SVG icon at the top of the screen. Browse to the file you wish to use, select it, and it will appear on your screen ready to use.
